This Privacy Policy explains how CurbSprout LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you request a quote, schedule a service, or communicate with us. We keep it plain and direct — no legal fog.

1. Who We Are

CurbSprout LLC is a residential soft washing and exterior cleaning company operating in Johnson County, Kansas (Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, etc.). We are a single-operator LLC registered in the State of Kansas.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to schedule and perform your service:

  • Contact information — name, phone number, and email address

  • Property information — service address, gate codes or access instructions you provide, and surface details relevant to your job

  • Service and payment records — estimates, invoices, deposit history, and job notes

  • Communication records — emails, texts, and notes from phone calls or on-site visits

  • Job documentation — photographs taken before and after service for quality control, dispute resolution, and (with your permission) marketing

  • Chemical application logs — date, time, weather conditions, wind speed, temperature, and solution details maintained for environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Payments are processed through Jobber's secure client portal, which uses industry-standard encryption.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Respond to estimate requests and schedule service appointments

  • Send appointment reminders, pre-service instructions, and post-service follow-ups

  • Issue invoices and process payments

  • Document job conditions and maintain service records

  • Comply with environmental and regulatory reporting requirements

  • Send promotional or marketing emails to customers who have opted in via our estimate or booking form. Send promotional SMS only to customers who have explicitly checked the marketing SMS opt-in box

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications

Transactional SMS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from CurbSprout LLC, including appointment reminders, arrival notices, job completion notices, and invoice notifications. These messages are directly related to services you have requested or are in progress.

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all SMS messages

  • Reply HELP for assistance

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Message frequency varies based on your active jobs

Marketing SMS

Marketing text messages (promotions, seasonal offers, re-engagement) are sent only to customers who have explicitly opted in by checking the marketing SMS consent box in our booking form or by separately agreeing in writing.

  • Reply STOP MKT to opt out of marketing SMS only while keeping transactional messages active

  • Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional service messages

CurbSprout LLC uses Jobber as its client communication platform. Jobber's SMS infrastructure complies with TCPA regulations and carrier requirements. We do not share your phone number with any third party for messaging purposes.

5. Email Communications

Transactional Email

By providing your email address, you will receive transactional emails related to your service, including estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, pre-service instructions, invoices, and post-service follow-ups. These messages are required to deliver the services you have requested and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Marketing Email

Our estimate and booking forms include an opt-in checkbox for marketing emails (promotions, seasonal offers, and service updates). This checkbox is pre-selected by default as a feature of our scheduling platform, Jobber, which does not currently allow us to change that default setting. You are not required to receive marketing emails and may unsubscribe at any time.

  • Click Unsubscribe in any marketing email to opt out immediately

  • Email hello@curbsprout.com to be manually removed from marketing communications

  • Unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect transactional service messages

We send marketing emails infrequently and only to existing or prospective clients in our service area. We do not share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Where We Store Your Information

Customer information is stored in the following platforms, each of which maintains its own security and privacy standards:

  • Jobber — field operations platform used for scheduling, estimates, invoices, and client communications (getjobber.com)

  • Google Workspace — email and document storage (workspace.google.com)

Property access codes (gate codes, lockbox combinations) are stored exclusively in Jobber and are never written in personal notes, text messages, or other applications. Access codes are deleted from our records upon your request or when your client relationship ends.

7. Photography and Marketing Use

By approving a CurbSprout estimate, you grant CurbSprout LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use before-and-after photographs of your property's exterior for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. We will never associate your street address or name with published photographs without your separate written consent.

If you prefer that no photographs of your property be used in marketing materials, notify us in writing at hello@curbsprout.com and we will honor that request immediately.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information from our records (subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements)

  • Opt out of marketing communications by replying STOP MKT to any SMS or emailing hello@curbsprout.com

  • Request deletion of access codes stored in Jobber

We will respond to all requests within 10 business days.

9. Data Retention

We retain customer records, including contact information, service history, and chemical application logs, for a minimum of five years following your last service. This retention period supports warranty and dispute resolution purposes and complies with Kansas business record requirements. Access codes are deleted promptly upon your request or when your client relationship ends.

10. Children’s Privacy

CurbSprout LLC services are provided to property owners and authorized adult occupants only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
